1. You may upload and use the asset as part of any avatar on your personal account on VRChat, ChilloutVR or other social VR platforms where assets will remain part of a specific avatar.

2. You may upload the asset to an avatar that is marked 'public', that is, for use by anyone on the social platform without requiring access to the source files.

3. You may upload and use the asset as part of a 'World' / level / map on your personal account on VRChat, ChilloutVR or other social VR platforms where assets will remain within the scope of that world. Please include a credit when possible, in your world!

4. You may modify the asset to change its appearance or other aspects as needed.

5. You may use the asset as part of 3D renders, animation, live performance (including streaming), or other artwork.

6. You may sell a re-skin commission that makes use of this asset, as long as both you and your customer have purchased a copy of this asset. And that this license agreement is included within any transferred copies of this asset between you and your customer.

7. You may retain as many personal backups of this asset as you require as long as those backups remain private.

8. You may NOT claim this asset as your own work.

9. You may NOT upload this as a publicly sharable prop to ChilloutVR or Resonite.

10. You may NOT redistribute, share or resell any parts or files of this asset except as permitted in clause 6.

11. You may NOT use this asset within a commercial video game or animation.

12. You may NOT use these assets for any purposes of hate, bigotry, to cause harm, to cause fear, or any politically motivated message or agenda. This includes but not limited to, modification of the assets, or using the assets in association with such purposes.
